Creating your Funding Framework doesn't all happens behind the scenes.

Throughout the six-week process, we'll meet to discuss findings, answer questions and make sure the Framework continues to evolve as new insights emerge. While you stay focused on your mission, Heart Currency researches and vets more than 100 potential funding opportunities, narrowing the field to those that truly fit your organization.

About halfway through, we'll schedule a strategy review to share progress, discuss early insights as well as review previous grant denials together. Often, those conversations reveal patterns, highlighting opportunities that may not have been the right fit and lead to stronger funding decisions moving forward.

Unlike a one-time report, your Funding Framework is designed to evolve with your organization. Your customized and interactive Funding Framework, designed to guide the next 12–18 months, includes*:

Up to ~20 priority funding opportunities aligned with your mission and capacity, telling you exactly why each funder matches your mission and how to approach them
A robust Grant Readiness Guide identifying organizational strengths, potential gaps and recommended next steps.
A month-by-month grant calendar
Documentation of initial funder outreach outcomes
An Executive Summary to support leadership, staff and board discussions

Some organizations take their Funding Framework and run with it. Others choose to keep Heart Currency Grant Services on board to help carry the strategy forward through grant writing, funder outreach and ongoing support.

Putting strategy into action...

Your Funding Framework provides the direction. If you'd like Heart Currency to help put that plan into action, we have six month "sprints" and twelve-month service agreements tailored to your organization's operational realities.

Core Engagement Includes:

✓ A customized Grant Ready Library (boilerplate) with commonly requested organizational information for easy copy-and-paste into future applications and links to frequently requested attachments
